The brief was intentionally open: create an logo, identity and a onepager web for a management consultant and trainer that balances professionalism with accessibility. The challenge was avoiding the usual consultant clichés: either sterile corporate or aggressively "empowerment-y."
The concept centers on clarity, posture, and an intuitive read of people, expressed as female power in a professional context. The identity combines analytical rigor with genuine empathy through a visual language rooted in warm, grounded color: soft beige and terracotta tones that feel approachable without compromising authority. The imagery shows self-assured moments from real working life, combining visual refinement with genuine personality and character. Every photograph reinforces confidence without performing it.
